Colney Heath Fireplaces
JDay Stoneworks were one of the first Approved Lapitec Fabricators in the UK and they have used their Colney Heath showroom near St Albans as a showcase for it's possibilities in fireplaces.
Their range of Lapitec fireplaces provide both traditional and modern examples of fire surrounds in a variety of colours and finishes. Below J Day use Bianco Crema in a Lux finish not only as the firesurround but also as cladding and cupboard doors creating a very sleak feature fire.

The showroom also features a wide variety of natural stones and below is one of our favourite examples of Silver Travertine marble used alongside Lapitec, Grigio Cemento in a Dune finish. The use of Lapitec alongside natural materials highlights the possibilities for the material in a more traditional setting.

Due to it's high heat resistance, Lapitec is the ideal material for firesurrounds.
